Legislate to make it compulsory for all eligible & able UK voters to vote
Political parties of all persuasions claim to know the "will of the people" when a 60% turnout is considered very good. This often mistakenly forms the basic foundation of a clear mandate. If accepted this suggestion will clarify such statements indisputably. Technology should be used where needed.
This law, if enacted, should apply to all local & National elections and referenda.
