MOT Vehicle Test
The modern car does no longer require or need an MOT (Ministry of Transport) Test after 3 years, due to the high quality and standard of manufacturing.
Years ago when this law was applied the lifespan of a car and reliability was far less than that of today.
It is time the law was changed to accommodate this fact, whereas this test should not became applicable until the vehicle is at very least 5 years old, with the next test being 2 years later, then possibly the one year could be applied after the vehicle reaches 7 years old.
