Allow British citizens living in Continental Europe a vote in a new Referendum
We believe it is fair and proper that a new Referendum, to decide if Britain should Remain or Leave the European Union, should include over half a million British citizens who were not entitled to vote in 2016.
That’s the combined populations of Exeter, Oxford, Norwich, Watford and Wigan. (The Independent Wednesday 8 August 2018: https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/brexit-second-referendum-final-say-denied-vote-british-citizen-a8482411.html).
