Discuss whether John Bercow has been sufficiently impartial as Commons Speaker.
I cannot recall a Commons Speaker being as controversial as John Bercow. The main reason for this is that Commons Speakers shouldn’t do or say anything controversial - their role is to be politically agnostic. Does Parliament believe this has been the case with Mr Bercow?
