Allow customers to opt out of recieiving electricity generated by wind power

Additional Information

It is quite wrong that electricity consumers should have bills inflated by the ridiculous subsidies paid to wind farm generating companies.

Please allow customers the right to specify that they do NOT want to be supplied with electricity from wind turbines and accordingly they will not make a contribution to the exhorbitant costs of constructing such costly white elephants.
