Replace John Berkow with Deputy Speaker of the House for Brexit Debates.
The Speaker is the chief officer and highest authority of the House of Commons and must remain politically impartial at all times. Period.
Full and frank discussions about Brexit cannot take place if the Speaker of the House does not allow it or skew the debate in a remain favourable way.
