I and the undersigned people of this petition strongly urge this Government to accept the full proposals of Manchester's Northern Railway Hub, by FULLY funding the project.

The urgent need of this is greater now then it ever has been, as more and more people are using this the rail network as a need to travel around the Country.

The benefits this would bring include: Revolutionate the Rail Network, inject approximately £2.1Billion into the North Economy, and create thousands of jobs, which are so desperately needed.
