Legislate to require a GE when a new PM enters office after the old PM resigns.
After the resignation of Theresa May, the new leader of the Conservative Party will become PM having been elected by a majority of party members - a tiny fraction of the total UK electorate. The people should be allowed to have their say following such an important change to their elected Government
