All unsolicited post to display an unsubscribe weblink

Additional Information

Just as the more respectable e-mailouts include an unsubscribe weblink, the same on all postal unsolicited & commercial mail would provide an efficient way of opting out. A free phone number or prepaid envelope should also be included for those without access to the internet.

Aimed at:
Paper catalogues that get sent to you after buying one thing online.
Unaddressed post delivered by the Royal Mail etc.
Mail addressed 'To the occupier'.
Catalogues and other commercial flyers delivered by the Royal Mail etc.
Take-away menus and other hand delivered flyers; from local businesses - perhaps ignoring 'No junk mail' signs on doors could mean fines for this type.

Advantages:
More specific than a blanket opt-out such as the mail preference service.
Saves on printing and postage costs.
Reduces paper usage saving trees.
Saves transporting unwanted post to landfill or recycling.
