abandoment of removal of Child benefit from families where one earner pays 40% tax

Additional Information

That it us wholly unfair where one earner in a family pays 40%tax, i.e. earns more than £44k will lose Child benefit and two earners in a family earn £43 k each, .i.e. combined income £86k will retain it.
