Make it so lgbtq equal rights come before peoples religious beliefs.
Although the uk has the equality act, with whats been going on in birmingham regarding the no outsiders programme, i think this amendment/added law is needed so that religion can not be hidden behind or used to promote prejudice and discrimination, especially in schools.
