Referendum for the independence of all devolved assemblies

Additional Information

Seeing as there maybe a Scottish independence referendum taking place in the future, why can't the people of Britain also vote for the independence of Northern Ireland and Wales. They wanted their own assemblies therefore they should have their own independence!
