There are so many charities now it is difficult to know which one deserves your money. In order to provide doners with an informed decision Charities, when advertising or asking for money, should reveal what percentage of donations is lost in administrative costs. This will need a calculation that is fair to all charities and reveal to the potential donor just how effective their donation will be.
