Put a cap on insurance admin fees (Suggested amount £10)

I am setting up this petition as I have recently ended a policy just shy of 4 months into it. Due to add-ons that are non-refundable and a £50 admin charge I am only getting £6.88 back from a £142 policy

Now everything is computerised I can’t understand how high admin costs are justified.

£142.38 Policy (£60 add on cover is not refundable)
They believe just shy of 4 months in there’s £56.88 left on the policy but the £50 admin fee makes it only £6.88 I get back. I paid in full for a 12 month policy.

This seems like legalised robbery, it’s not like they have to manually type out all the paperwork now. If I had paid monthly I would have probably got more back.
