Pass a law to stop ticket touts selling event tickets for more than face-value
Too many people have missed out on tickets, only to see those tickets on resell sites like StubHub minutes later for triple the price.
It would be easy for you to pass a law that stops the sale of tickets above face-value
Entertainment is not just for people with lots of money.
