Give the option to opt out of receiving BBC channels and TV licence bills.
When TV's were first introduced the technology was expensive & limited, therefore licences helped TV networks, at the time this was acceptable.
Today we have more options & technology has moved on, yet we are forced to pay for a TV channel that we may not watch or use, it's extortionate.
