Dogs to be Muzzled,and on Leads.

Additional Information

Dogs should be kept on a lead at any and all times when not indoors.Excepting working dogs,Army,Police,Sheepdogs,etc,all other domestic dogs to be on lead,and muzzled too,especially in parks,and banned altogether from sites like S.S.S.I's.I feel Dogs running wild in the countryside are responsible for the disappearance of much of our wildlife.This would remove a lot of Dog attacks on innocent people.
