Issue prepaid invoices to patients after receiving NHS treatment to show cost

Petition Details

With the strain we have on the NHS, and the lack of education on costs, we should be provided pre-paid invoices after receiving treatment in order to understand how much treatments cost and to discourage people from abusing it.
