For all male public toilets to legally have baby changing facilities.

Petition Details

A number of times have I been out with my kids and been caught short with a nappy explosion.
Most disabled toilets have baby changing facilities however, on occasion I’ve had to change my children on a toilet lid because there are no baby change facilities in the gents. This needs to change.
