stop local council selling land off
stop the land grabbed by private developers and individuals for their own personal portfolios
To meet current and future housing need we need to significantly increase the supply of new homes. Most experts believe that we need to build 250,000 new homes per year, whilst over the last decade we have averaged just 130,500 per year.
