this is to have ALL submishions for the digital britian report be made public, large corparate content providers were allowed to make "secret" submissions that the public were not allowed to see "due to commercialy sensative information" by major recording lables and movie studios, the same ones who frequently manipulate facts like "album sales are down on previous years" while neglecting to also say about the fact Single sales are up, the public should be able to see the submissions and challenge misleading and incorrect submissions. SO ALL submissions previously withheld Should be made public
