Ban noisy smokers from the streets outside licensed premises
Noisy smokers should not be allowed to blight the lives of people that live close to licensed premises. The Government should reduce the licensing hours of licensed premises where residences are close or let the smokers have a smoking room. Also the police should have the power to move them on for noise which according to the police they do not have at this time. Midnight and later is unfair to people trying to sleep and we should be able to watch television throughout the evening.
