Legislate to prevent the proroguing of Parliament to allow no-deal brexit.
Nobody voted to crash out of the EU without a deal in 2016. Parliament has voted to prevent this from happening.
Parliament is sovereign and its democratic will must be respected. Government should be prevented from allowing the U.K. to fall out of membership of the EU by proroguing parliament.
