End the current compulsory BBC Television Licence fee for everybody.
Television Licences are just for the BBC, force them to make money same as every other television provider. Or change the circumstances is which they charge a fee, ie. Produce an optional choice as to whether to receive BBC channels and create a choice on wether to pay for the..
