Do not increase tax on alcohol

Additional Information

Raising tax on alcohol will only penalise ordinary people who enjoy a drink at home - it will not alter the behaviour of binge drinkers. Instead, penalise drunken behaviour severely but do not punish the vast majority of people who know how to drink sensibly
