To take action against homophobic demos & hate speech at UK Schools
The Govt. is not upholding the Equalities Act 2010 or Children & Social Work Act 2017, which makes LGBT+ discrimination illegal and inclusive Relationships Education compulsory in Primary Schools. Demos have used homophobic hate speech, literature & social media campaigns without any legal response.
Section 28 of the Local Government Act, 1988 arguably cost the lives of thousands of young LGBTQ+ people to suicide and severely impacted the lives of ten of thousands through addiction, self-harm and depression.
The Government must take whatever action is necessary to uphold the Equality Laws and hold all Ministers & Tory MPs to account for either contradicting or failing to support government policy of compulsory Relationship Education in Primary Schools.
