Scrap the tv license and the BBC and end an enforced tax (often unused but paid)
With recent news over the intention to charge some over 75’s for the tv license. Most people don’t actually watch the BBC or do so rarely but they still feel obliged to pay this imposed tax. I propose we scrap the tv license fee and the BBC altogether. The monthly cost could pay for a cinema pass.
