Reverse the decision by the BBC to scrap license fees for the Over-75's
Television is sometimes the only way of keeping up with world news, along with entertainment for our Elderly.
Elmes Homecare Ltd will refuse to accept the decision, because TV is often the "only lifeline" for pensioners and our service users.
