Petition Details

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) investigates Judges and there rules state JCIO must dismiss a complaint, or part of a complaint, if it falls into any of the following categories—
(b) it is about a judicial decision or judicial case management, and raises no question of misconduct

Additional Information

It is not a Judicial misconduct offence if a Judicial office holder gives a decision contrary to an Act of Parliament or in a Supreme Court application a Judge of the Court of Appeal refuses a Supreme Court application and further refuse to give reasons for declining the said Supreme Court application
