Everyone has the right to a fair trial. Within criminal Court this is true but within family courts the facts are only beloved on proboblitly. Example if the judge feels 51% you did something then you did it. Regardless of evidence.

They begin as a family’s helper but then morph into the chief witness against them.

You could start a new petition to asking to change the burden of proof in family cases, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
