Completely Ban 'harmful' Single-Use Plastics by 2021.
Currently, it is estimated 1 million birds die every year due to plastic waste, 100,000 marine mammals are killed by plastic pollution every year with 1 garbage truck per minute of every day entering our oceans and by 2050 there being more plastic then fish in them.
Following the lead of Canada completely ban 'harmful' single-use plastics by 2021. This step will go further then the current proposed ban of plastic straws, stirrers and cotton buds by April 2020.
