To make mental health training a legal requirement in the uk for managers

Petition Details

I work as a barista and I noticed people don’t know how deal in workplace withi have not been able deal with it Signing off sick is a option but it leads to more problems that can lead to triggers
to depression and anxiety.

Additional Information

1/4 in Uk suffer from mental health and being off sick can lead to long term mental health problems. Its easy to be told go to the doctor but having that support at work could save life’s where you can be in a safe environment as well as get support and have plans of action put in place for that extra support in mental health and I believe training for managers will help them run a better business and as well as looking after staff well being which will mean better performance at work
