Create a government task force to stop dog fighting

Additional Information

It has become increasingly obvious that dog fighting in the U.K has risen ten fold. Dogs are being stolen or bought on line as 'Dog bate' . Not only dogs but cats and any other creature to torture as training for this barbaric sport. The Government needs to act .
