Petition Action

Make ALL NHS car parks FREE for Blue badge holders - elderly and disabled.

Petition Details

A PCN was issued to my mum who is a Blue Badge holder for parking at an NHS hospital, twice. The British Parking associations Approved the Scheme under laws and regulations allowing external management to charge all drivers. Please allow free parking for Blue Badge holders.

Additional Information

The appeal process is also unfair and unjust. Last year my father passed away and he had been issued with a PCN. It took a rigorous process to prove my father had died to overturned the fine.

It is absolutely abysmal that Blue Badge holders are not allowed their basic right to park in these locations.
