Review NHS FP10 Prescription Charges inline with S3 ECtHR Human Rights.

Petition Details

Ever since the inclusion of Prescription Fees, Hundreds of Thousands of Service Users (SU) are put at a detriment.FP10 Forms do not reflect current Parliamentary Legislation, Legislation is left open for interpretation. Conversely the NHSBA has applied a detriment to millions of insubordinate SU's.
