Britain's foreign aid programme has historically been a chance to distribute our largesse among the poorer nations on this planet, not fund economies that are richer than ours. time to draw a line under handouts! only support them that need it, not pay for the space program, army & missiles or some odd bod dictator, lets look after the real poor that need it & keep our funds here in the UK to spend how us THE TAX PAYER would want!!
