Fine companies that can't recognise apostrophes in surnames.
I'm constantly frustrated by companies whose web sites are not able to permit me to use my correct surname for creating accounts: This impacts banking, online shopping, school websites etc, the list goes on.
I've booked a holiday and the airline tickets have omitted the apostrophe when my Passport has the apostrophe: It is only a matter of time before I'm refused boarding on an aircraft due to this, or not allowed access to my own bank account.
For the good of all O'Brien's, O'Connor's, O'Reily's etc THIS MUST CHANGE.
Incidentally, this UK Government petition web portal spell checker wanted to change "recognise" to "recognize" so I''m probably bashing my head against a brick wall.
