Stop Parking `Fines` by private firms from being pursued in the County Courts.
The issue of private parking enforcement is no business of a county court where a judgement leads to such life changing financial consequences where a credit rating agency deems you not credit worthy for getting a parking fine. Affecting Mortgages, Loans, Jobs and more.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions which call for actions that are the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Government or Parliament can't stop people or companies from pursuing debts in the courts. It's for the courts to decide whether a debt is owed.
You could start a new petition calling for an action that is the responsibility of the Government or Parliament, for example a petition calling for a ban on unregistered private parking companies issuing Parking Charge Notices.
