Food Vouchers instead of money to people on Jobseakers allowence
Too many people on Jobseakers allowence are spending their money on drugs and alcohol. It would be easy to provent this by giving anyone on jobseakers allowence vouchers for food instead of money. They would of corse need a free bus pass as well to insure they were able to travel to job interviews and to the job center.
