Restitution for victims of crime by the perpetrators.
Having seen the damage caused by people committing crime, I feel it is time they paid to have the physical damage they have caused. For example stolen cars crashing causes damage to both car and whatever they hit. It is time that the law abiding stopped picking up the tab through higher insurance.
