Turn the M20 back to a three lane motorway with hard shoulder.
The M20 has effectively been turned into a 50mph dual carriageway. This road is the main arterial route from major southern UK ports and Eurostar. The people that use this road for both commercial and domestic commuting need it returned to a three lane motorway with hard shoulder.
