EQUAL NHS health care for all persons who need it WHEREVER they live in the UK
The control of what can be provided under the NHS should be determined centrally by government and then ALL subsidiary units of the NHS whever they may be MUST fully stick to providing the governmentally agreed services WITH NO EXCEPTIONS due to WHERE A PERSON LIVES!
