Scrap expansion plans for third Heathrow airport runway
It is completely out of the question that during a declared climate emergency, Heathrow Airport has released plans for a third runway that would permit 25,000 more flights per year. Not to mention the fact that the estimated costs are around £14billion - almost definitely a gross underestimate.
