Make it a specific criminal offence to film animal abuse.

Petition Details

Multiple cases of animal abuse have been filmed by someone in the same room as the person committing the act.

Additional Information

We should be able to easily punish those who are joining in on the abuse by filming the act. These individuals should be treated the same as the abuser and possibly face up to five years in prison and barred from owing an animal again.
