Ban animal abusers from ever having pets for life and not just a few years
Just recently I have been coming across more and more videos / pics / stories of people punching kicking and torturing innocent animals /pets for fun I want the government to come down hard on those who carry out these sick acts by banning these people from having pets for life and tougher fines
