Knife criminals to be sent into a national service scheme for minimum 8 years
start this petition as I feel the punishment received to these criminals is not a punishment but a holiday camp.Being sent to serve our country and learn respect for others an basic morals whilst being educated in skills they can use for the rest of their lives Help our county help our children
