Private Rental Housing Affordability

Additional Information

With the rent on Olympic community private housing going through the roof and being unaffordable for those currently living there. We the undersigned petition the government to discuss in earnest, the future for those that will enter pensionable age in unaffordable private housing rental market due to the inability to access the funds to get a mortgage and buy a house. The private landlords need to regulated to avoid the renting tenant being open to market forces and supply and demand.
