Introduce legislation to limit property ownership, property costs and rent.
This will address the high cost of property ownership and the associated high cost of rent
Setting a limit of 1 property would free up all current properties owned by landlords forcing down property costs.
Setting a low maximum property size would free up millions of acres currently in the hands of a small percentage of the population, this would also decrease property prices.
Link property prices and rental to minimum wage to prevent future increases.
