Propose Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert, for a New Years Honour in 2013
Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert, is the most searched man in the UK. He runs the two biggest money sites in the UK, his Money Saving Expert site and his site for Money Saving Expert forums. His main site attracts 10 million users a month and over six million receive the Martin's Money Tips email.
He has successfully ran campaigns on bank charges, Payment Protection Insurance and helped consumers to reclaim council tax and mortgage fees.
He is also founder and chair of the MSE Charity which so far has distributed over £200,000 of grants to consumer finance education charities and individuals.
Given the millions of people who have been helped by Martin, proposing him for a New Years Honour would seem to be apt recognition by the Government and our Queen.
