Referendum on the TV Licence
For decades people have being charged to watch a TV. It is time the BBC put their content behind a paywall on subscription.
In December 2012 the BBC could have put its content behind a paywall and charged a monthly subscription as other providers do, Netflix and Amazon video are two examples.
When the UK went to a digital service the BBC refused to embrace the subscription model over a scrambled network in favour of unscrambled content with a company to track down those who don't want live content and take them to court
